This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, communication skills, and passion for technology to expand our business footprint. As a vital link between our company and prospective customers, you'll engage in outbound calling, conduct warm calls, and utilize CRM software to identify and develop new business opportunities. Your proactive approach and customer-focused mindset will help us achieve our ambitious growth goals while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and warm calling campaigns to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with enthusiasm and clarity Engage in sales activities by negotiating deals, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer interactions, and manage sales pipelines efficiently Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new business opportunities and enhance outreach efforts Provide excellent customer service during all interactions, ensuring prospects feel valued and understood throughout the sales process Qualify inbound inquiries and follow up diligently to convert leads into long-term clients Maintain detailed records of all communications, negotiations, and sales activities to support ongoing business development efforts Qualifications Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales preferred, but not a deal breaker. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly Knowledge of sales techniques and including outbound calling Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward business development opportunities This paid position offers an engaging environment where your enthusiasm for sales can thrive.
