What you'll do Find and build relationships with shippers who need freight moved Source and vet carriers, negotiate rates, and book loads Track freight from pickup to delivery and fix problems before they turn into bigger ones Who we're looking for You don't need freight experience. We'll train you. Sales, customer service, or cold-calling background is a plus Comfortable on the phone all day and not rattled by "no" Organized, quick on your feet, and able to juggle multiple loads Competitive.
