If you enjoy talking with customers, building relationships, and working toward results, we want you on our team! Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply and are a valuable addition to our customer-focused team. As a BDC Associate, you'll connect with customers through phone, text, email, and chat, turn internet leads into showroom appointments, follow up with past customers, and help create a great customer experience from the first conversation to the showroom. What You'll Do Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads and customer inquiries Contact customers by phone, text, email, and chat Ask questions to understand customer needs and buying plans Build rapport and create strong customer relationships Set and confirm showroom appointments Follow up with leads and previous customers Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM Assist with overflow calls and general dealership inquiries Work closely with the sales team to create opportunities What We're Looking For Automotive BDC or sales experience is a plus Customer service or call center experience is a plus Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls Strong communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable using computers and multiple systems Organized and able to multitask Professional appearance and communication Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Bilingual Spanish is a plus Why Join Us?
