Our current AT&T campaign is focused on helping local businesses improve communication, mobility, and day-to-day connectivity through wireless solutions designed around how each company actually operates. The Business Customer Representative is responsible for meeting directly with business owners, discussing operational needs, presenting AT&T wireless services, and managing the sales process from introduction through enrollment. This is a full-time, onsite role that keeps the Business Customer Representative actively engaged with local businesses throughout the Cincinnati market. Instead of relying on scripted conversations, the Business Customer Representative is expected to adapt based on the business, the industry, and the specific challenges each customer is trying to solve. Responsibilities of the Business Customer Representative Meet directly with local business customers to present AT&T wireless business services and connectivity solutions Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on mobility, communication, and operational efficiency Explain wireless plans, devices, pricing structures, and service features in straightforward language Recommend service solutions that align with each business's size, workflow, and communication needs Handle enrollments, account setup, and completed sales documentation accurately Maintain follow-up communication with business customers throughout the enrollment process Track outreach activity, completed enrollments, and overall sales production across assigned territories Work alongside other Business Customer Representative team members to maintain consistent sales growth throughout Cincinnati Business Customer Representative Qualifications Comfortable walking into conversations with business owners who may not know much about AT&T's current wireless capabilities Able to keep business discussions focused without dragging out the sales process unnecessarily Someone who notices operational inefficiencies quickly and can position wireless solutions around them Confidence discussing pricing, scalability, and connectivity needs with decision-makers face-to-face Competitive mindset with interest in revenue growth and territory expansion Ability to handle rejection professionally and continue prospecting throughout the day Prior experience in canvassing, business development, restaurants, retail management, staffing, or customer acquisition is a plus Entry level candidates with strong people skills are encouraged to apply Compensation & Structure 100% commission-based pay structure with uncapped earning potential tied directly to completed sales Weekly pay based on individual production and account activations Full-time schedule centered around in-person B2B outreach throughout the Cincinnati market Ongoing development focused on prospecting, closing, and business-focused sales strategy
