Night Service Rep

Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along designated routes during night shifts, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging positively with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery. Utilize strong math skills to accurately handle pricing adjustments, invoices, and inventory counts during route stops. Execute merchandising duties by organizing products on shelves or displays according to company standards. Perform heavy lifting of merchandise and equipment to load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining proper lifting techniques. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding route updates, delivery issues, or customer feedback. Maintain organized records of deliveries, route logs, and sales transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability. Employee will live on property Experience Prior experience in commercial driving or route delivery is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and sales techniques to upsell products when appropriate. Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members clearly and professionally. Organizational skills , time management, and record keeping. Background in customer service or sales roles that require active listening and problem-solving abilities.
