Position Overview As our Outside Sales Representative / Territory Sales Manager , you will be the driving force of our business in your assigned market. You will travel locally to client sites, managing the full sales cycle for an array of elite equipment—including in-ground and above-ground lifts, mobile column lifts, fluid pumps, exhaust removal systems, wheel service equipment, and more.
Key Responsibilities Build and Grow:
Actively prospect and generate sales leads through face-to-face, email, and phone outreach to expand your territory footprint. Plan for

Manage your daily travel efficiently within the local market (with occasional overnight travel) to maximize client face-time.
Persistently Professional:
Conduct detailed client need assessments, perform live product demonstrations, and deliver tailored, professional presentations and quotes.
Take Ownership:
Manage your sales pipeline from lead to close, consistently achieving sales goals and meeting territory KPIs.
Cultivate Expertise:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications Relationship Building:
Success in B2B sales and/or building face-to-face relationships with commercial clientele.
Industry Knowledge:
Mechanical background and/or automotive equipment experience is highly preferred (e.g., former technician, service manager, or writer).
Drive & Autonomy:
A self-starter attitude with a competitive spirit and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Tech-Savvy:
Experience working with CRM systems and the capacity to learn proprietary platforms.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal communication, business writing, and verbal presentation skills.
Travel Readiness:
