Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with inbound leads, guide customers through the buying process, and close deals. This in-office role is ideal for those who thrive in a competitive, high-energy sales environment. Responsibilities Engage and qualify leads from homeowners and businesses interested in steel buildings. Conduct consultative selling by educating prospects on our products, warranties, and exclusive promotions. Create urgency and close deals using effective sales strategies. Follow up and manage the sales pipeline using our CRM system to track leads and maintain detailed notes. Participate in a profit-based commission structure, earning commissions based on the profit of each sale. Qualifications Sales-driven mindset with a passion for selling and persuading customers. Strong communication skills, articulate, professional, and able to think on your feet. Experience with CRM or lead-tracking software. No degree required; intelligence, work ethic, and sales ability are valued. Coachable and competitive, eager to learn, adapt, and succeed. Compensation $600/week + commission (first 8 weeks), then straight commission (profit-share) Benefits $60,000-$240,000/year potential with our profit-share model.
