This is a player-coach role where you knock doors, close deals, train reps in the field, and build a winning team around you. You earn on your own production while also earning overrides on everything your team produces. No roofing experience required. We will teach you the product, the insurance process, and the system. What You Will Do Lead and coach a team of 5 to 15 field sales reps Sell alongside your team and lead by example daily Run morning huddles and field training sessions Conduct afternoon check-ins and performance coaching Recruit and onboard new sales reps into your team Help reps improve confidence and closing ability Earn commission overrides on every deal your team closes Work directly with ownership with a clear path to Sales Manager Leadership Track We do not hand out leadership titles. Leadership is earned through production and performance. Phase 1 — Producer Come in and prove you can sell individually. Phase 2 — Team Leader in Training Begin mentoring reps and building your own team. Phase 3 — Full Team Leader Your team is operational, you are earning overrides, and your leadership base salary is locked in. Phase 4 — Sales Manager As we continue scaling across the Midwest, top leaders move into management roles overseeing larger territories and teams.
