What You'll Do:

Assist customers in selecting vehicles that suit their needs and lifestyle Maintain up-to-date knowledge on our inventory and promotions Guide customers through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to meet and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in automotive or retail sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed Valid driver's license and clean driving record Positive attitude and a customer-first mentality

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully. Ability to understand and explain complex vehicle features and financing options to customers. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
