Cuyahoga Falls, OH Role Description This is a full time, on-site, Inside Salary Sales position. The sales associate would be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, building relationships with customers, helping them identify product needs, recommending products, processing orders, purchasing materials, and stocking the retail area. Qualifications Must have excellent attendance and a leadership attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must exorcise good judgement and common sense.
Knowledge of construction products and services preferred but not required
Ability to work well in a team
Experience in a sales or customer service role
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Must have Microsoft Excel skills. SAP Experience a plus
