This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to our new car sales department. This individual will monitor new car inventory, assist with dealer trades, and report sold cars to the manufacturers. The pay rate for this position is $15.00/hr plus a monthly bonus. $35,000 - $37,000 per year. At Cascade Auto Group, we strive to make every customer a customer for life. Responsibilities:

Complete deal jackets, key tags, stock tags, and slides for all incoming vehicles Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of all accessories listed on the invoice Properly record and report any damages/missing accessories to trucking companies or manufacturers Assign stock control numbers to vehicles Generate new car prep repair orders Prepare paperwork for dealer trades and schedule drivers Report new vehicle sales to manufacturers Perform monthly physical new car inventory Assist with rebate collection

Strong organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to multi-task Positive attitude Willingness to learn Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Clean driving record and valid driver's license Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
