Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and features to effectively communicate product benefits.

Sales Process:

Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to financing options, ensuring a seamless experience.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and persuasive selling techniques.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to a positive team environment.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information to facilitate efficient follow-ups and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
• Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screen.
