We are seeking an Industrial Electrical Inside Sales Representative to join our Findlay team. In this role, you will collaborate with customers, vendor partners, and outside sales professionals to provide product expertise, responsive service, and solutions that help drive success across every partnership. Compensation Base Salary:

$50,000

• $73,500 depending on experience

Average Annual Commission:

• $78,500+ What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play an important role in supporting customers, strengthening vendor partnerships, and contributing to the success of the McNaughton-McKay team.

Key responsibilities include:

Serving as a primary point of contact for customer accounts, providing product guidance, pricing, and order support Preparing quotes and managing customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery Supporting outside sales representatives with customer opportunities and project coordination Sourcing non-stock products and collaborating with vendor partners and purchasing teams Tracking open orders and expediting shipments to meet customer timelines Providing product information and technical support for industrial electrical and automation solutions Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or solutions that support customer operations Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a consistent and dependable customer experience Products and Solutions You May Work With Industrial electrical components Automation and control systems PLC platforms and industrial networking Sensors, safety systems, and machine controls Motor controls and drives Power distribution equipment Industrial automation technologies used in modern manufacturing Ideal Background Candidates with experience in the following industries are encouraged to apply: Electrical distribution Industrial supply or MRO distribution Automation and controls Electrical contractor supply Industrial equipment or manufacturing sales Professionals from companies such as electrical distributors, industrial supply companies, automation integrators, Grainger, Fastenal, Motion Industries, and similar industrial suppliers often succeed in this role. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Bachelor's degree or a pattern of continuing education preferred. High school diploma required. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree or pattern of pursuing a degree. High degree of knowledge of electrical distribution operations and/or similar product knowledge; two or more years of experience in operations, counter sales or in the electrical distribution industry preferred. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks at own initiative with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills with MS Office products preferred with thorough knowledge of the business system preferred.
