Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong sales background and the right attitude. What You'll Do Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while providing an exceptional customer experience Work showroom, phone, internet, and referral opportunities Build and maintain a strong customer base Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations Follow up consistently with prospects and previous customers Use dealership CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities Stay current on Ford products, features, incentives, and technology Work closely with management and the sales team to achieve monthly goals Develop repeat and referral business What We're Looking For Automotive sales experience preferred Proven sales or customer-service experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong follow-up and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and accept coaching Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record No automotive experience?
