We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team at our offices in Germantown, Ohio. Overview The Dupps Company is seeking an organized, customer-focused Sales Administrator to support our Capital Sales, Project Management, and Customer Service teams. This role is essential to the successful coordination of customer projects, quotations, sales orders, and cross-functional communication. Responsibilities Support customer relationships by assisting with new and ongoing projects. Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and related documentation. Coordinate workflow and provide project status updates. Assist with customer and vendor communications. Maintain and support The Dupps Toolbox user access, training, and registrations. Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-up activities across departments. Utilize Epicor, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Concur, and other company software to support daily operations. Help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of office, sales support, customer service, or related experience (manufacturing experience is a plus). Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Epicor and Salesforce is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
