opens its doors, before the lights go on and the music starts playing, someone has to go out into the community and build something from nothing — 440 members who believe in what we're building before they've ever stepped foot inside. That someone is you. The Pre-Sale Manager is a high-agency, growth-mindset individual who believes that every single person they meet can benefit from being part of the amazing community of transformation we are building at
SWEAT440.
You don't wait for leads to come to you. You go find them. You build partnerships from scratch. You table at farmers markets, little league games, 5Ks, local businesses, and anywhere people gather. You approach strangers with confidence and conviction because you genuinely believe that what you're offering will change their lives. This is not a desk job. This is not a "post and cross your fingers" marketing role. This is boots-on-the-ground, community-building, relationship-driven sales at its highest level. Responsibilities
GRASSROOTS EVENT MARKETING & TABLING
Plan and execute 6 tabling events per week (4 hours each) at high-traffic locations within a 10-minute drive radius of the studio Identify and secure tabling locations: local businesses, farmers markets, community events,5Ks/10Ks, youth sports (little league, soccer), corporate offices, and more Set up, execute, and break down all event materials professionally and with energy Capture every lead with full contact information (name, phone, email) into CRM immediately
PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
(DREAM 150) Build and maintain a "Dream 150" contact list — 100 primary + 50 backup businesses and community organizations within a 10-minute drive radius Execute the 13-
Step Partnership Acquisition Process:
follow on social, engage authentically, visit in person, post and tag, offer value first, then make your ask Visit 2-3 businesses per day to progress partnerships through the pipeline Develop and maintain recurring tabling relationships with top-performing partners Manage all partnership logistics: scheduling, confirmation, materials, follow-up
SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Dedicate 15-30 minutes daily to social media engagement: following Dream 150 businesses, liking, commenting, and becoming a genuine community member on Facebook, Instagram,and TikTok Create authentic social posts spotlighting partner businesses and tagging them to generate organic cross-promotion Post event recaps after every tabling session to build community buzz and reinforce partner relationships
LEAD MANAGEMENT & FOLLOW-UP
Execute a disciplined 5-7 day lead follow-up cadence with a minimum of 3 touch points per lead Contact every new lead within 2-3 hours of capturing their information ("same-day nurture") Dedicate 60 minutes daily to following up with leads from previous days via call, text, and email Maintain an organized CRM with accurate, real-time lead status tracking Convert leads to pre-sale memberships with a target of ~24 sales per week
PLANNING, LOGISTICS & ADMINISTRATION
Plan each day's schedule the evening before: confirm event location, prep materials, review follow-up list Maintain the Dream 150 tracker with current status for every business/organization Coordinate with the franchise owner on weekly sales pace, pipeline health, and event schedule

$51,505.19 - $62,027.75 per year
