We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable person who enjoys working with customers and has an interest in vehicles. In this role, you will help customers find the right vehicle, answer questions, follow up with leads, and assist with the sales process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales, customer service, or dealership experience who wants to grow in the automotive industry. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online Help customers choose vehicles based on their needs and budget Explain vehicle features, options, and benefits Schedule and conduct test drives Follow up with leads and previous customers Work with managers and finance staff to complete sales Assist with trade-ins, pricing questions, and customer paperwork Keep customer information and follow-ups organized Help maintain the vehicle lot and keep inventory presentable Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale Qualifications Sales or customer service experience preferred Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and phone skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Must be organized and able to follow up with customers Bilingual is a plus Valid driver's license required Pay $10-$15 per hour Commission/bonus opportunities available Pay may be higher based on experience and performance Schedule Full-time or part-time 20-40 hours per week Weekend availability may be needed Benefits Opportunities for advancement Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Work Location VIP Motors 621 Green Blvd Aurora, IN 47001
