Job Summary

The Sales Representative at Turbine Standard plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by effectively managing and expanding sales within assigned territories. This position focuses on achieving and exceeding sales quotas through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and key account management. The role requires a deep understanding of the aviation sector to tailor solutions that meet client needs and foster long-term partnerships. Success in this position directly impacts the company's market share and profitability by securing new business and maintaining strong client satisfaction. Ultimately, the Sales Representative serves as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of value-added services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales volume and quota targets within designated sales territories.

Identify, engage, and manage key accounts to build lasting relationships and maximize revenue opportunities.

Conduct direct sales activities including cold calling, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals with prospective and existing clients.

Collaborate with internal teams such as operations and customer service to ensure client requirements are met and service delivery is optimized.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage sales territories and key accounts effectively.

Strong knowledge of sales processes including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned sales territories across the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sales within the aviation industry.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and customer interactions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven success as a top sales performer in previous roles.

Ability to adapt sales strategies to diverse customer needs and market conditions.
