Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Conduct B2B sales activities, including prospecting and lead generation. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Requirements Proven experience in direct sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and identify opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
