Inside Sales and Administration Associate - Lind SignSpring Group The purpose of the Inside Sales and Administration Associate is to assist in weekly tasks and provide support to various office functions, including meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

Major Activities:

Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files and sales activity, and review reports Prepare product quotes Assist in Accounts Payable and Receivable Conduct market research to expand Lind SignSpring Group's horizons Continually develop new product knowledge and sales tactics

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to speak in a professional manner to individuals of all backgrounds Excellent grammatical and correspondence skills Ability to perform under fluctuating workloads General knowledge of performing sales and effective sales tactics (including but not limited to cold-calling) Ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships Skilled in working independently and with minimal direction Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Outlook, etc.

Education/Certification:

Minimum of High School Diploma required; Degree in sales, administration, or related field preferred Current and Valid Driver's License Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The primary work environment for this position is in an office setting The physical demands for this position include light lifting, seeing (with a focus on reading, color distinction, acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision), sitting, standing, talking, turning, and walking Travel time is accumulated to less than 10% per year
