And if you can perform, there is a clear path forward. Junior Sales Representative → Senior Sales Representative → Team Leader → Sales Manager For experienced salespeople who are ready for leadership, we also offer a Team Leader in Training path. Who We're Looking For We're interested in people who have already proven they can sell.

You don't need roofing experience. You don't need to know how to inspect a roof on day one. We'll teach you the industry. You bring the sales ability. What Happens If You're Really Good? You don't have to stay a Junior Rep. Performers move up. Strong Senior Reps have the opportunity to become Team Leaders. Experienced salespeople with the leadership ability to take on a team can enter our Team Leader in Training program.
