• Greet and assist potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Product knowledge
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up with prospects.
• Manage inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist in the preparation of appropriate documents
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights. Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including public speaking abilities.
