Independent Freight Broker Agent (Remote or In-Office) - 40%

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Freight Broker Agents who are ready to take control of their income and grow their own book of business. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering one of the most competitive commission structures in the industry.

What You'll Do:

Bring your existing book of business or develop new shipper relationships Negotiate rates with carriers and customers Manage shipments from pickup to delivery Build and maintain long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a Freight Broker or Agent Existing customer relationships preferred (not required, but a plus) Strong negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

Compensation Structure:

This is a commission-only (1099) role. You earn 40% of the net profit on every load you move.
