Job Description

SUMMARY:
This role provides sales administrative support for Georgettes Grounds and Gifts by coordinating customer meetings, demos, promotional events, e-commerce activity, and customer engagement. The Sales Coordinator will help manage the Shopify site, respond to customer inquiries, support social media activity, and assist with sales efforts that advance Sunshines mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate customer meetings, retail demos, promotional events, community events, customer appreciation visits, and related logistics. Prepare customer orders, samples, coffee deliveries, and promotional materials to support demos, retailer events, and sales activity. Maintain CRM records, track leads, collect demo feedback, and use sales data, Shopify reporting, and Google Analytics to monitor customer engagement, website activity, demos, and promotional results. Manage the Shopify site, e-commerce updates, social media accounts, and customer inquiry responses through Shopify, social media, email, and other communication channels. Support growth goals by increasing retail demos, improving on-time execution of promotions and demos, strengthening customer engagement, and assisting with new account acquisition. Help reduce administrative workload so the Business Development Representative can focus on growth strategies, retailer relationships, and new account acquisition. Coordinate and expand Perk Patrol participation in deliveries, demos, customer-facing events, and mission-focused customer interactions. Strengthen awareness of Georgettes mission and the connection between coffee sales and Sunshine Communities mission.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Able to work a flexible schedule for events, including evenings and weekends, and travel overnight to customer locations, demos, and events throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana as needed. Experience with Shopify, social media account management, Google Analytics, CRM systems, or sales reporting preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. One to two years of experience in retail, sales support, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, or an administrative role preferred.
