Responsibilities Working as a lead sales person working weekends and various events, you will create sales and cultivate customer leads from multiple sources and deliver persuasive sales presentations. Create a trusting and strong positive relationship with customers and ensure amazing customer service and repeat sales. Problem solve issues or potential barriers from sale execution in a positive and customer friendly manner Clean and maintain our stunning sales showroom to display our awesome hot tubs and products. Utilize a CRM for business and weekly call planning, establishing call frequency, as well as real time tracking of monthly sales targets of initiatives. Educating and engaging with customers at the register, offering product information and sharing promotions as a brand ambassador. Ensure teamwork and cooperation on a daily basis. Have fun!
