Overview This full-time salaried position is responsible for supporting and growing the company's business in the U.S. market through effective account management and business development activities. Based in Ohio, the role focuses on managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in close collaboration with internal teams. The position will initially support customers across the U.S. Southeastern states through regular business travel while maintaining coordination with the Ohio office. By building long-term customer relationships, supporting sample trials, managing sales forecasts, and providing market and customer insights, this role contributes directly to the company's continued growth, with potential for expanded regional coverage in the future. Duties Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the U.S. market while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Maintain an understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash process and collaborate with sales assistants and internal teams to support smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Manage sample requests and customer trials, track results, and actively support the conversion of trials into production business. Gather and share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support sales strategies and business growth. Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and growth initiatives. Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed to strengthen market presence and promote products. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, long-term relationships and responding to commercial needs in a timely and professional manner. Support customers across the U.S. Southeastern states (NC, SC, TN, AL, and GA) through regular business travel, while being based in Ohio. Lead sales activities including pricing discussions, quotations, negotiations, and order coordination in collaboration with internal teams. Maintain accurate sales forecasts by regularly communicating with customers to understand demand outlooks and market trends. Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a B2B environment. (Prefer a minimum of 1 ~ 3 years) Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Strong understanding of business development strategies and strategic planning techniques. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management principles and customer relationship management practices. Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines. Knowledge of marketing fundamentals to support outreach efforts effectively. Ability to communicate clearly across diverse audiences in a professional manner, while helping the global Aicello team achieve common goals.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
