Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to support Retail Operations in a high-volume, customer-focused environment. In this on-site role, you will lead daily store activities, serve as a key-holder, and model exceptional service while driving sales and maintaining merchandising standards. You will train and coach associates, ensure accurate cash handling, and uphold loss prevention and safety procedures. Collaborating closely with store leadership, you'll help execute company initiatives and create a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
