About the Opportunity Rick's Affordable Heating & Cooling is a proudly veteran-owned company that's growing, and we're adding a Comfort Advisor to better serve homeowners across the Perrysburg & surrounding areas. This is primarily a residential role, working directly with families in their homes. If you're a driven salesperson who builds trust quickly and wants uncapped earning potential, we want to talk to you. HVAC experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person. What You'll Do

• Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners interested in new heating and cooling systems
• Evaluate each home's comfort needs and design the right system solution
• Present options clearly, explain financing, and close the sale
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and past customers
• Work together with our install and service teams to ensure a great customer experience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive account management, driving customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Use our CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and keep your pipeline organized What We're Looking For
• Proven sales experience in any industry — in-home, retail, B2B, or other
• Strong communicator who genuinely listens to customers
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check
• HVAC knowledge a plus — we'll train you on the technical side Compensation & Benefits
