Responsibilities Meet and greet customers on our showroom and direct to appropriate departments Assist customers with technical suport on new and pre-owned inventory. Manage dealership inventory, lot readiness, display vehicles, and showroom. Provide sales support for delivery of vehicle. Maintain all required sales training. Manage sales overflow by providing customers with information on new and pre-owned vehicles and assisting customers with vehicle purchase. Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits. Answer phone inquiries for sales requests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair procedures, sales transactions, warranties, and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their visit.
