Responsibilities Engage with customers to convert Tune Ups and HVAC sale leads. Spend time in big box store retail partners Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies. Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads, ensuring accurate data entry in CRM systems. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information about our offerings. Analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates. Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple leads simultaneously.
