Who This Is For Highly competitive, self-motivated individuals People comfortable with rejection and fast-paced environments Those who want to control their income and grow quickly Athletes, former athletes, or anyone who thrives in performance-based roles Who This Is NOT For Anyone looking for a base salary or guaranteed income People who need constant supervision or structure Those uncomfortable talking to strangers or handling rejection What You'll Do Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods and pitch fiber internet services Generate leads, close sales, and submit deals in the field Handle objections and adapt your pitch in real time Track your performance and compete on daily/weekly leaderboards Training & Support Intensive onboarding with top-performing trainers flown in from across the country Proven scripts, systems, and live coaching After initial training, you're expected to perform independently in the field Compensation 100% commission (no cap) Typical new reps: $800-$1,500/week Top performers: $2,000-$4,000+/week during active blitzes Performance-based incentives and bonuses Schedule 5-6 days per week Afternoons through evening (prime door-knocking hours) Blitz-style campaigns in targeted neighborhoods Requirements Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Ability to be on your feet for extended periods Must be 18+ Why Sunlife We've built a proven sales engine and are expanding our high-performance model to fiber and other home services.
