Inside Sales/Lead Generation

Miller Transfer is seeking a motivated and energetic Lead Generation / Inside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships within the transportation and logistics industry. In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and generating qualified leads to support our growth. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying business opportunities, and contributing in a team environment. Responsibilities Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and online research Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to build rapport and uncover needs Build relationships with prospective customers and schedule appointments for the sales team Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer information and sales activity Identify customer transportation needs and communicate Miller Transfer's services effectively Collaborate with operations and sales teams to support customer onboarding and retention Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals Qualifications Previous inside sales, lead generation, customer service, or business development experience preferred Transportation or logistics industry experience highly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software What We Offer Competitive pay plus performance incentives Supportive team environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement Comprehensive health benefits package, 401k with matching, FSA/DCA If you are driven, organized, and ready to help grow a respected transportation company, we would love to hear from you.
