- What You'll Do
- Engage with homeowners through warm leads, community events, and referrals
- Conduct in-home consultations using AI design and technology
- Present and explain our Three-Day Kitchen Remodel Process clearly and confidently through our custom selling system
- Guide customers from consultation to contract, ensuring a seamless, enjoyable experience
- Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure project accuracy and satisfaction
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Represent Three D Kitchen at local events and charitable initiatives
- What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in sales, home improvement, real estate, or design consulting (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using tablets, software, and AI-based visualization tools
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Positive attitude with strong integrity and empathy for customers
