C. A. House Music is looking for a friendly, outgoing person to join our sales support team. If you enjoy music and like working with people, this is a great opportunity to be part of a company that has been helping customers discover their love of music for generations.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in the band department with questions and instrument rentals Support product specialists during the sales process Write and process band rental contracts Operate the cash register for purchases and rentals Help with inventory tasks, such as organizing and restocking Contribute to keeping the store clean and welcoming Take on other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of band instruments is required Strong knowledge of at least one band instrument is preferred Familiarity with guitars, keyboards, or percussion is a plus Comfortable communicating with customers in person and by phone Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work as part of a team and also handle tasks independently Good organizational skills and attention to detail Able to multitask and stay flexible in a busy store environment Physically able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift or move items Willing to work some mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Store hours are:

Monday 10am-8pm, Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm, and Saturday 10am-4pm
