) - Fitness industry statistics show that 17% of new gym members want more than a standard membership, they want a personal trainer or fitness coach to keep them accountable, build discipline, and make fitness FUN! Your mission is to capture this high demand and ensure you and your team converts at least 10% of all new joins into premium training clients with a coach. We will also fuel your pipeline by delivering already interested

HOT LEADS

to your club every single day . You will lead your team along with the general manager, assistant managers, coaches, and front desk staff on calling and texting these prospects to bring them through the door for an incredible, high-value "WOW" experience . Together, you and your team will guide them through a personalized tour , perform a 3D body scan and health screen , get them moving with a welcome workout , and map out a personalized wellness blueprint recommendation alongside a trainer. From there, you'll consult with them to close the deal on a training program that perfectly matches their goals, time, and budget. Every hour you spend meeting with new joins or hot leads unlocks an extraordinary commission opportunity of up to $300 an hour on top of your competitive base pay. Love to train clients? Been a great fitness coach on the past? GREAT! You can train your clients on top of your Fitness Manager base pay and sales commission! Your earning potential is entirely in your hands!

What You Will Do:

Drive Sales & Growth Grow the ministry: Generate gym memberships, personal training packages, and fitness services.
