Used Car Salesperson Southwest GMC, Buick, and Honda is looking for a motivated Used Car Salesperson to join our team in Lawton, OK . This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle.

Full-time Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing used vehicles Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, helpful experience Build and maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after the sale Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, walk-ins, and previous customers Stay informed on current used vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions, and finance options Present vehicle features, benefits, history, and value clearly to customers Conduct product demonstrations and vehicle walkarounds Assist customers with test drives and answer questions throughout the buying process Work closely with sales managers, finance managers, and service staff to complete deals efficiently Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in the CRM system Prospect for new business through phone calls, texts, emails, referrals, and social media Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Keep the sales lot organized, clean, and presentable Be a self-motivated, self-starter personality with a strong desire to succeed Continue learning about vehicles, sales processes, lender programs, and dealership procedures

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to pass a background check. Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required
