Job Description

Waggoner's Home Services is hiring an HVAC Sales Consultant, also known as a Comfort Advisor, to help homeowners choose residential heating and cooling solutions. This role is for someone with proven sales ability who enjoys people, communicates clearly, follows up well, and wants to grow through performance. HVAC experience is helpful, but not required. We can train the technical side for the right salesperson.

Compensation:

Estimated annual earnings: $100,000 to $250,000+. This is a 100% commission-based sales role with uncapped earning potential. Earnings are based on closed sales, installed revenue, customer experience, and performance. This is not a guaranteed salary.

What You'll Do:

Run residential HVAC replacement and comfort consultations Inspect systems, ductwork, airflow, and comfort concerns Present options for replacement, upgrades, indoor air quality, ductwork, and financing Use ServiceTitan for estimates, notes, photos, forms, and follow-up Communicate with dispatch, service, install, and management Follow up with open estimates and work toward sales goals

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience required In-home, home services, roofing, windows, pest control, insulation, water treatment, remodeling, solar, insurance, real estate, or high-ticket consultative sales experience preferred HVAC experience helpful, but not required Strong communication and follow-up skills Professional appearance and valid driver's license Benefits Eligible full-time employees may have access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, training, career growth opportunities, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

$100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
