About SuperTrees SuperTrees is a plant-based company based in Canby, Oregon, with operations in Utah and Colorado. Founded in 2005, we grow more than 150 varieties of trees using air-pruning container systems and serve landscapers, municipalities, garden centers, and retail customers throughout the Northwest and beyond. In addition to our nursery operations, our teams in Oregon, Utah, and Colorado provide professional arborist and tree services to municipal and residential customers. Wholesale Tree Salesperson - Inside Sales We need a wholesale tree inside sales rep who can produce. Proven sales. Real revenue. No hand-holding. If you know the wholesale tree world, you already know this isn't just about moving product. Our customers rely on us to help them make the right call, and we take that seriously. We don't just sell trees, we sell the right trees and stand behind them by maintaining what we put in the ground. This role is for someone who can pick up the phone, build relationships, and close deals while doing right by the customer every time. (Horticultural background highly preferred) What You'll Be Doing On the phone daily. Calling customers, answering inbound calls, and following up until deals are closed Reaching out to municipalities, landscapers, and contractors to generate new business Quoting and selling wholesale tree inventory Turning inbound interest into real orders and long-term customers Managing your pipeline and staying on top of every opportunity Working with operations to make sure orders go out right and customers are taken care of What We're Looking For Proven track record of $1M+ in annual sales Experience in wholesale trees, nursery, or a related ag industry Strong phone presence and confidence in sales Someone who follows through and gets things done A salesperson who values doing right by the customer, not just making the sale ISA Arborist Certification is a plus, not required What Success Looks Like You're hitting your numbers Your customers keep coming back You're trusted because you know your product and your industry Why SuperTrees We sell and maintain our trees, which sets us apart Solid reputation with municipalities and contractors Straightforward team that works hard and supports each other Compensation tied to performance with real earning potential If you've been doing this, have the results to prove it, and want to be part of a team that does things the right way, we should talk.
