You will build relationships, develop qualified opportunities, guide clients through the sales and design process, and help create projects that are successful for both the homeowner and Castile. We are a full-service design-build remodeling company specializing in high-end kitchen and bathroom remodels. We believe great remodeling starts with great relationships, thoughtful communication, realistic expectations, and a process clients can trust. What You'll Do Build & Manage the Sales Pipeline Respond promptly to incoming leads and manage opportunities in our CRM. Represent Castile professionally at home shows, networking events, and community functions. Qualify prospects and determine whether the client and project are a good fit. Own the Client Relationship Remain the client's primary connection to Castile from initial inquiry through project completion. Set expectations and communicate clearly through transitions between Sales, Design, and Production. Coordinate design handoffs and maintain accurate project documentation. Stay connected throughout production and support client communication and Change Orders when needed. Advocate for the client while balancing their needs with company standards, project scope, and profitability. Help create an experience that leads to client satisfaction, referrals, and testimonials. Help develop and improve sales systems, processes, playbooks, and client communication. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Production. Use lessons learned from completed projects to improve future sales and client experiences. Who You Are We're looking for someone who is connected, confident, organized, curious, charismatic, and driven . You may be a great fit if you: Are well-connected and actively involved in the local community, with existing relationships that can help create opportunities for Castile. Build trust quickly and communicate clearly and professionally. Are comfortable discussing money, investment, pricing, and value with homeowners. Can ask difficult questions and have honest conversations without making people uncomfortable. Are comfortable asking for the sale when the client is ready. Are persistent and excellent at follow-up without being pushy. Are willing to make outbound calls, network, attend events, and actively create opportunities rather than waiting for leads. Love systems, organization, and staying on top of details. Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning CRM, project management, communication, and reporting tools. Are motivated by goals and take ownership of your results. Have strong emotional intelligence and understand that remodeling can be both exciting and stressful. Are a problem solver who looks for solutions. Work collaboratively and respect the distinct roles of Sales, Design, and Production. Are coachable, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.
