We partner with best-in-class platforms — Verkada, Rhombus, Avigilon Alta, DMP, and Brivo — to deliver modern, scalable security solutions to commercial businesses, multi-site operators, schools, and institutions across the Pacific Northwest. The Opportunity We're looking for a driven, organized, and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is a core revenue-generating role — you'll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective customers, qualifying inbound leads, running outbound outreach, following up on open quotes, and scheduling site surveys for our field team. You don't need to be a security expert on day one — we'll train you on our products and platforms. What you do need is a hunger to close, a commitment to follow-through, and the organizational discipline to keep a healthy pipeline moving. What You'll Do Qualify inbound leads and route or schedule them based on fit and urgency Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate new pipeline opportunities Follow up on open quotes and proposals — you keep deals from going cold Schedule site survey appointments and coordinate availability with field reps Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM for every call, email, and customer interaction Attend daily sales stand-up and contribute pipeline updates and activity summaries Occasionally visit customer sites to support site surveys or relationship-building Develop working knowledge of our platform stack: Verkada, Rhombus, Avigilon Alta, DMP, and Brivo What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or customer-facing service in a B2B environment Proven ability to manage outbound calls and email activity with measurable follow-through Experience with a CRM platform — Salesforce experience is a strong plus Strong communicator: you can build rapport fast and keep a conversation moving toward a yes Highly organized and self-directed — you manage your own queue without needing to be reminded Prior experience in security, low-voltage, tech services, or a related field is preferred but not required Valid Oregon driver's license (occasional local travel required)
Pay:
