Eugene, OR 97401 Full Job Description Now seeking a Vehicle Acquisitions Assistant for Kendall's Automotive Dealership Support Center in Eugene, Oregon! The Vehicle Acquisitions Assistant will:
  • Makes outbound calls and answers telephones consistent with company standards.
  • Composes professional Email and text responses with proper grammar and accurate spelling.
  • Educates customers about our mobile appraisal service and schedules appointments.
  • Communicates with our mobile appraisers and dealerships in a professional and timely manner.
  • Performs data entry, and performs general office clerical tasks.
  • Uses multiple computer applications to complete daily work activities and appointments.
  • Locates and reaches out to private party sellers through various technology platforms.
  • Works without direction for some full days of work week.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications for this position:
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Works well in a winning team environment
  • Basic proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, Email applications and web-based applications.
  • Self-organization for timely completion of required tasks in proper order.
  • Can process a high volume of detailed information in an environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Call center or inside sales experience is a plus, but not required.
If you are a consistent performer who prefers to have consistent pay vs. a full-commission position, this may be the opportunity for you! We offer competitive pay with a range of $35,360-$47,340/annually. This position starts at $17.00/hour plus monthly bonuses up to $300-$1,200.00/month. In this position you will need to be flexible with your schedule. You will work weekends and some evenings.
