Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships Assist customers in person and online in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budgets Conduct test drives, present financing options, and close sales Stay knowledgeable about Toyota products and industry trends Utilize computer systems to manage leads and customer information Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and video platforms Create and share videos to promote vehicles and dealership services Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

No prior sales experience is necessary - we will train the right candidates Clean DMV record Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity Professional appearance and strong communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software Comfortable shooting and sharing videos (experience with social media a plus) Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and desire to exceed customer expectations
