Culinary Services Coordinator in Assisted Living

The Culinary Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a total quality dining experience for our residents. This includes a thorough understanding of our menu and daily specials, proper serving guidelines, cleanliness expectations, and special diets. They ensure an efficient workflow for our waitstaff and promote a culture of service excellence. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates the Generation's Mission, Vision, and Values in their daily work and interactions with others. Growth Opportunities Schedule:

Full-time, working Mondays through Fridays, from 7:00 am•4:30 pm (somewhat flexible start & end times) Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Requirements:

Previous experience in both restaurant and/or senior living is highly desired. Supervisory experience is highly desired. High school diploma or equivalent. Food Handler's card upon starting. Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient.
