- Work alongside automotive enthusiasts who share your dedication to outstanding customer service Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' preferences, budget, and lifestyle in order to recommend the most suitable vehicle options Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and clearly explain performance, safety, technology, and financing options Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals Proactively prospect through phone calls, online leads, social media, networking events, and dealership traffic Qualify buyers by assessing needs, trade-in opportunities, and financing eligibility Present pricing, negotiate terms professionally, and close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless delivery and post-sale support Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, manufacturer programs, incentives, and competitor offerings Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Compensation & Benefits The Pay Plan is commission-based•there is no limit on how much money you can make!
