You'll be set up inside high-traffic retail locations every day — engaging customers face-to-face, presenting AT&T wireless and internet products, and closing sales on the spot. No experience needed. What You'll Do Represent AT&T wireless plans, internet, and connectivity products at in-store retail locations throughout Medford Engage customers face-to-face and present AT&T products in a clear, helpful, and consultative way Listen to each customer's needs and recommend the right AT&T solution for them Close sales on the spot through genuine one-on-one conversations Set up and maintain a sharp, professional in-store presence every shift Track daily sales activity and customer interactions accurately Hit daily and weekly sales targets alongside your team What We're Looking For Outgoing and confident — you are comfortable talking to strangers every day Self-motivated and goal-driven — you show up ready to perform every shift Coachable, reliable, and eager to grow professionally Comfortable standing and on your feet for extended periods at retail locations Able to commit to a consistent full-time schedule Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus — never required What You'll Earn $15.51/hour base pay, paid every week Performance-based bonuses on top of base pay Not commission-only — you earn your base hourly rate every shift Full paid training from day one Merit-based advancement into leadership — we promote from within $15.55/hour is the base hourly rate. This is not a commission-only role. Performance bonuses are separate from and additional to base hourly pay. Full-time consistent hours.
