Job Description
WorldMark by Travel + Leisure Co. We're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our WorldMark sales team. This is an in-person vacation ownership/timeshare sales position with uncapped commission potential and a clear pathway to earning $150K+ per year for strong performers. Unlike traditional timeshare where owners may be tied to the same location and week every year, WorldMark is built around flexibility. Our owners use credits to travel to WorldMark resorts and other vacation destinations around the world. What you'll do: Conduct 1-on-1 sales presentations with prospective and current owners Build rapport and learn how our guests like to travel Present WorldMark ownership and help guests understand how it fits their vacation goals Overcome objections and close sales Stay current on product knowledge and available destinations Attend scheduled training and team meetings One of the biggest advantages of this role: our on-site marketing team provides and prequalifies your guests. There is no cold calling or prospecting. You show up, take your tours, and sell. What we're looking for: Sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and people skills Comfortable overcoming objections and asking for the sale Competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance-based income Oregon Timeshare Salesperson License required prior to selling. We do not cover the cost, but we will walk you through the licensing process.
