Inside Sales

Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Time management. Represent the company at all times in the highest professional manner while providing the highest level of service to our customers.

Sell a variety of products:

Furniture, Awnings, and hearth appliances including Gas, Wood and Pellet Stoves, Fireplace and inserts. Interact with the office and homeowners to understanding the project to be completed. Be neat in appearance at all times and wear company attire at all times. Maintain a clean work space at all times. Maintain a working knowledge and review the given classes for products we sell. Ability work efficiently with others. Add to the environment with ideas and effective sales tools.

Outgoing Customer Service Oriented Able to work year round in temperature and weather extremes Ability to work individually and in a team Desire to learn and grow Ability to work over-time if needed Ability to pass certification exam within 6 months of hire Valid Driver's license with clean driving history Ability to pass an employment offer drug screen and background check High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Construction or Hearth Experience is a plus.
