What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for incoming internet and phone leads — providing a fast, friendly, and professional experience every time Proactively follow up with prospective customers to keep them engaged and moving toward a dealership visit Listen to customer needs and help connect them with the right vehicle and next step Schedule and confirm sales appointments Partner closely with our sales team, handing off well-qualified, appointment-ready customers Keep the CRM accurate and up to date with customer interactions and follow-up activity Learn our new and pre-owned vehicle lineup, including models, features, and current offers Work toward monthly appointment and performance goals as part of a collaborative, goal-driven team What You Bring A confident, friendly phone presence and strong people skills Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups A self-starter mentality with the motivation to reach goals Strong organization and attention to detail Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED Even Better If You Have Previous automotive, BDC, internet sales, customer service, CRM, or phone sales experience is a plus — but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
