None About FSIP Electronics FSIP Electronics is a manufacturer, remanufacturer, and distributor of advanced electronics serving the electric vehicle, golf cart, industrial equipment, and material handling industries. We provide quality products, repair services, technical expertise, and customer support to businesses throughout North America. Position Overview FSIP Electronics is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help manage and grow a multi-state sales territory alongside an Outside Sales Representative. This is a fully office-based sales position with no regular travel. The Inside Sales Representative will handle much of the day-to-day customer contact while working closely with the Outside Sales Representative to grow their shared territory. While many customers are existing FSIP accounts, there is significant opportunity to grow those relationships. This person will proactively reach out to customers, learn more about their needs, introduce additional FSIP products and services, and identify opportunities to increase sales. This is an active sales role — not simply account maintenance or customer service. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with customers, building relationships, finding opportunities, and growing business. What You'll Do Help manage and grow an assigned multi-state sales territory. Work closely with the Outside Sales Representative assigned to the same territory. Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and video calls. Proactively reach out to existing and underdeveloped accounts to identify sales opportunities. Educate customers on FSIP products, services, and capabilities. Upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts. Re-engage customers with limited or previous purchasing activity. Track customer activity, opportunities, follow-up, and pipeline information in the CRM. Work with Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations to meet customer needs. Meet established sales goals and territory growth objectives. What We're Looking For Previous sales experience required; B2B sales experience preferred. Inside sales, outside sales, business development, account management, or similar sales experience will be considered. Early-career sales professionals with a strong sales foundation and desire to grow are encouraged to apply. Comfortable proactively reaching out to customers and starting sales conversations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to learn technical products and explain them clearly to customers. Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of customer relationships and sales opportunities. High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with B2B sales, dealer or distributor networks, industrial equipment, golf carts, forklifts, material handling, agricultural or construction equipment, electronics, or related industries is a plus. Compensation The base salary for this position is $50,000-$65,000 per year , depending on experience. In addition to base salary, this position offers an annual commission opportunity of up to $12,000 , bringing total potential annual compensation to $62,000-$77,000 . Commission is based on growth within the assigned territory compared with prior-year sales and is measured throughout the year, including quarterly performance. This position also offers opportunities to grow within FSIP's sales organization as you gain experience, develop customer relationships, and take on increased sales responsibility.
