Job Summary FSIP Electronics is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Carlisle, PA. This is a customer-facing, phone-based sales support role with daily customer interaction by phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with product questions, quotes, orders, availability, and other requests while helping provide a positive and efficient customer experience. FSIP offers thousands of products across multiple equipment and electronics markets. Previous knowledge of our products is not required — we provide training. Successful candidates should be comfortable learning technical products, researching information, and helping customers identify products and solutions based on their needs. Responsibilities Provide direct customer support by phone, email, and chat Respond to customer questions and requests in a professional and timely manner Process quotes, orders, and other customer requests Learn FSIP's product lines and assist customers with identifying products and solutions based on their needs Research products, parts, pricing, availability, and customer inquiries Maintain accurate customer and order information Communicate with customers regarding quotes, orders, availability, and discrepancies Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Quality, Service, and other internal teams to resolve customer needs Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong phone-based customer service and communication skills Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday communicating directly with customers Mechanical or technical aptitude with the ability to learn a large and diverse product line Comfortable researching products and asking questions to help identify the right solution for customers Strong computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized Dependable with a strong work ethic Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Volunteer time off
